GreenBuild Secures £12M Funding to Expand Sustainable Housing Across the UK

MANCHESTER — GreenBuild, the sustainable housing developer, has secured £12 million in Series B funding to expand its portfolio of energy-efficient homes across the UK.

The round was led by Northern Ventures, with participation from existing backers. The company says the funds will support 800 new low-carbon homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands over the next three years.

“This funding lets us build at the pace the housing crisis demands — without compromising on sustainability. Every GreenBuild home is designed to cut household energy bills by up to 60%.”

Tom Ellery, Founder of GreenBuild

GreenBuild’s homes are built with timber frames, heat pumps and rooftop solar as standard, and the company plans to double its workforce to 240 employees by the end of 2027.
